Standard Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items free of charge within 30 days of receiving them. Eligible returned items will be refunded. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns or exchanges of Goizean products purchased from another authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

Returns Process (Excluding Black Friday and Other Promotions)

For all returns, please contact support@goizean.com to request a return authorization and return label. Please include your order number and identify the item you would like to return. We will provide the next steps after receiving your email.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, please email a photo of the damaged item and your order number to support@goizean.com using the subject line “DAMAGED.” Your request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
